The worst Service I have ever had from a Tire place. I came to get a tire because the tread was becoming bad, I get here, they say we are short people so give my guy a minute he will take care of you. I say ok. Waited 15 minutes and then someone came to het the tire off, now I have rims and I notified the owner prior to the tech coming, he tells me I need to take my rim off myself. I said if I do that I might as well get a free tire. The tech said dont worry, ill take the small lugs off. Then the owner moves the t3 h and says no he (me) will do it. So I take the small lugs off. Then 1 by 1, 4 cars pull up behind me. Those cars all get serviced before they sent a the same tech back to change my tire. Once my tire was taken off it took them a while hour and change just to find a used tire and get my rim in it. My tire sat on the floor waiting to be serviced for 45 minutes. Then they gave me a bad ass tire that wobbled. And said its because I had a bad rim, when the tire I had before it was changed, didnt wobble. I said how does the new tire wobble, but the old one doesnt. Make it make sense please! Then the owner argues me down for 30 extra minutes without even trying to here me tal

Talk about impressive! The plug is at Tire Depot in Haltom City! They had all four tires balanced within 10 minutes! One person working on each tire to get me in and out!! Highly recommend this place!! οΏΌ

Great family owned tire shop!! Moe always makes sure Iβm well taken care of and you feel like part of the family!! The whole shop cares about their customers safety and goes above and beyond!! Iβll never buy tires anywhere else!!

Family and I on a road trip for the holidays and we got a blow out early morning at 5am. After roadside assistance (because our rental didnβt have a dang jack) and getting the spare on, we had to find a place to get help. Well, being Sunday, most places were closed. I found 2 locations before this place that said theyβre open on Sundaysβ¦.liesβ¦.they were closed! Tire Depot & Auto Care: they were open, so caring, and helped us tremendously! The owner, his daughter, and all the staff were very helpful and took great care of us and we were shortly on our way! We made it to our destination thanks to Tire Depot & Auto! I recommend any and all come here for help!

Mr. Moe and his team at Tire Depot helped me with selecting the perfect tires for my truck. They were friendly and respectful. As soon as I arrived, Mr. Moe and his team got my old tires off and the new tires on without having to wait any long period of time. I will definitely be referring them to people that need tires.
